The Space:
The space is lovingly designed and prepared for your arrival, with details in every corner that create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. It is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped. It consists of:

Full bathroom with towels, hairdryer, and iron.
Equipped kitchenette to prepare all your meals and snacks; including a coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee.

Guest Access:
Check-in time is between 3:00 and 11:00 PM. A member of our team will greet you to check you in and fill out a check-in form. Upon check-in, it is mandatory to leave a security deposit of $2,000 in cash, which will be returned upon check-out. Access to the studio is through a digital lock.

We have an assigned parking space. Please note that the studio is located on the first level and access is only by stairs.

The building where the property is located is safe and completely private. It has 24-hour security.

The Neighborhood:
The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Oaxtepec, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants and local businesses.

Just a 15-minute drive away is a Walmart and Sam's Club, where you can buy all your supplies.

*Tepoztlán 40 minutes away.
*Six Flags Hurricane Harbor 7 minutes away.
*Tlayacapan 15 minutes away.
*Plaza Atrios 15 minutes away (supermarket, wholesale club, cinemas, department store, restaurants, etc.)

Getting Around:
We recommend arriving by car and during daylight hours. The approximate journey time is:
-Mexico City: 1 hour 45 minutes by car.
-Cuernavaca: 50 minutes by car.

Remember to use a navigation system, such as a GPS, or updated maps to get precise directions on your journey. Additionally, it is always advisable to check the state of the roads and traffic conditions before embarking on the trip.

Other Things to Note:
We have a pool on the ground floor, which is heated only on weekends. Our Skypool and jacuzzis are heated every day.

For your convenience, starting from the third night, we offer you a cleaning service free of charge.

Please note that upon check-in, it is mandatory to leave a security deposit of $2,000 in cash, which will be returned upon check-out. In case of infringing any point of the regulations, the guest will be subject to a financial penalty.
