    Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

    ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

Accommodation was tidy as stated. House was adequate for our needs. Price for the location was reasonable. Was pleasant up until we left. However, be aware that the property is managed offshore, not by the owner, so is a team of people sending AI responses (I had this confirmed via a conversation with a lady whose number was on the security bond receipt, the only number I could find to contact). Take photos of everything when you arrive, they will charge your entire security bond for unsubstantiated "damage" and only supply you with pictures with text over the top (not actual image files with verifiable metadata). They apparently take pre-entry photos/videos which they don't send either. You will only receive generic pleasant AI responses. The security bond component is an absolute scam.
