Perfect for our visit with family

Very convenient location in Yarnell and had everything we needed for our visit. Love the covered patio and grill especially. We will definitely be back.

Very cute rustic place

We enjoyed the friendly black lab greeting us , and the host Nanci was very nice. We overall had a pleasant trip for a weekend get away

Calm and peaceful

A nice escape from the city. Enjoyed stargazing. The lack of AC was a bummer. Their dog was friendly and my dog loved playing with him.

Cute 2 bedroom house. Rustic decor. Beds were just ok. We only stayed 2 nights and were visiting family so not much time spent there. Could use a little sprucing up with decor. Clean!

The bunkhouse is very spacious, with nice bedrooms. There’s a huge tv in the living room, and one in each room. The range is perfect to bring home food to cook, and a gas heater when it gets cold. The living room with two couches and dining table was more than adequate to meet our needs. And the decor was amazing, many cool southwestern antique items

Enjoyable

Very pleased with the heaters as we woke up to several inches of snow and icy wind. There is no coffee pot; only a Keurig with just a few cups. There is a small microwave, fridge, and sink. Gilligans pizza down the road is good. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Host and owner are very nice. It was a cold night. The place has a gas heater that we used, but it doesn't work properly because it emits excessive smoke, which permeates the house. We couldn't sleep well because we were so vigilant about our safety. It's clear this has been going on there for a while, because the walls are black smoky, dirty, and covered in cobwebs. I have photos to prove my testimony.

This property isn’t upscale or plush but it’s well thought out, comfortable, and fits the theme of the area that surrounds it. The dog. Oh my goodness, the dog. We were so warmly greeted by this big black lab mix that we were sad to leave him behind. I’m pretty sure he would have gladly spent the night with us.
