⭐️FABULOUS-WATERFRONT⭐️3bdrm 2bth. Kayaks & Firepit⭐️
- This fabulous cottage features a bright open floor plan with sliders that open out to 2 beautiful patios looking out over Follins Pond, the headwaters of the Bass River. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a kayak out to the Nantucket Sound.
The open concept great room has beautiful views and breezes, comfy seating, a gas burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV.
There is a large master with a king size bed, gas fireplace and sitting room, a second room with a twin over full bunk and a spiral staircase leading up to a big beautiful room with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs & a full bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen has a microwave, stove and dishwasher. There is also a convenient stackable washer/dryer.

Eat outdoors on the beautiful Trex deck or relax on the lower level patio with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Relax, swim or kayak off your private floating dock!!
Pet fee is an additional $50 per stay, except for weekly stays when it is $100 per stay.
Dennis has 16 beaches to enjoy on both the ocean & bay. 3 public golf courses are nearby. We like The Bass River Golf Course.
