Spacious and private 2nd floor 2bed apartment in Yarmouth Village.

Yarmouth has a small town feel, is centrally located and a short drive to Freeport shops, Portland restaurants, breweries, state parks and beaches. We are in a fantastic location, right off Main Street and it’s charming historical buildings and homes. Yarmouth has local restaurants, a pub and cute shops that are just a short walk from the apartment. You can also walk to our beautiful Royal River park or rent a canoe for the day. When you enter the property you will notice our love of flowers and nature. You will have an assigned parking spot and private entrance. When entering the apartment you will feel a fun, relaxed, cozy, family friendly ambiance. The apartment has a private entrance through the back side garden and your own deck for a morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchen has everything you need to make delicious family meals and includes full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The dining table is large and great not only for meals but you can also use the available games and puzzles for a fun evening at home. There is a washer and dryer inside the apartment. The living room has a tv with Roku and you can stream Netflix, Hulu or Discovery +. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and are tastefully decorated for a relaxing sleep. The bathroom has a large luxurious shower and complimentary toiletries and towels. There is AC during the summer and heating during the cold months. There is this is a no shoe inside home rule but please feel free to bring slippers.

Quaint stay in Yarmouth

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the amenities were more than sufficient. The apartment is very quaint and comfortable. The town is within walking distance and very convenient to eat and enjoy a walk. The host was very receptive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This property is everything it advertises and more. The location is perfect. It is beautifully decorated with so many wonderful touches that make you feel right at home. We would stay here time and time again and are hoping to visit again soon.

Lovely updated colonial apartment upstairs with window boxes. Many flower gardens in parking area and backyard. 2 comfy queen beds, great shower, vintage kitchen with laundry. Walked to the charming bookstore with my 5 year old granddaughter. Everything we needed for a graduation weekend! Met the owner, very welcoming!

Idyllic little apartment in Yarmouth

Jacqueline’s place in Yarmouth was lovely! Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed and there were lots of personal touches. The neighborhood is cute and idyllic with a few things to walk to just a couple blocks away. It’s a short 20 min drive to Portland and was a great jumping off point for a day driving up and down the coast. Would definitely love to stay again!

Perfect - A great refuge!

My sister and I were on vacation in Maine and were both so stressed out from life. We needed a nice place to stay during a relaxing vacation and this place delivered! It was cute and clean and we appreciated Jacqueline's special touches that made our stay even nicer. Plus the location was absolutely perfect to Main Street. Just a really nice place overall and if we ever return to Yarmouth - we'd want to stay here again!

Loved the location to Portland! A quick drive to Old Port. Had great seafood at Luke’s in Portland and really loved the Royal River Grill. Yarmouth is liking coming home:)

Perfect Yarmouth Location!

Our host was excellent right from our first inquiry - always prompt and available with answers to our questions. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and the full dining room was a bonus. Definitely one of the best rentals we've enjoyed so far. We settled right in for an extended stay and enjoyed the proximity to Main St. in Yarmouth as well as Portland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely rustic vacation rental

We loved our stay at this place: everything was spotlessly clean, the decoration a very tasteful rustic style, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The host was very prompt and helpful in her responses. We loved the personal touches like the fresh bouquets and edible treats and drinks. We hate impersonal hotel rooms, and this place felt like a little home away from home. Highly recommend!

Quiet, Fun Apartment in Yarmouth

We spent two nights in this quiet, fun apartment in Yarmouth, visiting friends in the area. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay, and was warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is very nice, and there were several restaurants and shops that were well within walking distance of the apartment. In addition, the owner was great to work with -- very responsive and helpful, including by listing recommendations for sites to visit, restaurants, and bars, and leaving treats for us on our arrival. We would definitely stay there again.

Jacqueline made our stay a pleasure! She was very well organized with the notes, guides and extras she had provided for us. Her artistic flare was evident in the apartment, but not overpowering -- just right. She was available whenever we needed her, but not at all intrusive. It was an easy walk to find places to eat or shop. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We would definitely recommend this stay for others.

Better Than Advertised!

We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. Convenient parking, a lovely neighborhood, and an outdoor seating area greeted us. Check-in was effortless, and Jacqueline was always available, but respected our privacy. The apartment was an absolute gem, beautifully decorated, spacious, and with a fabulous bathroom! She thought of all the little things, from towels to coffee to drinks in the fridge. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if in the area!

We enjoyed our second stay at this great home. Everything is clean, comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. Our host Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful. There is a lovely garden and Jacqueline put bouquets in the home. I’d definitely recommend this location.
