"While we understand there was a storm a few weeks prior. The site should have posted updated information based on all the severe damage done to the hotel. The outside was pretty ripped up and looked dilapidated while the inside the rooms on the first floor were fine. Due to flooding, the bar atrium area were closed and the restaurant was open and the breakfast was good. We had to turn off the AC in the middle of the night since it was so loud we couldn't sleep. Our bathroom had water bugs in it. I told the assistant manager at checkout about the bugs and was told they would look into it. Had we known about the damage to the hotel and the flooding and the bugs we would not have chosen that hotel to stay at."
