Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator.
