"Again, I used the fitness room. Last week, I submitted a review regarding that something was wrong with the treadmill. It worked for 12 minutes and then suddenly stopped. I couldn’t restart it. The same thing happened this morning, it worked for 6 minutes and then suddenly stopped. Again! Also, one of the outside doors wouldn’t respond to my key. I had to take my luggage to another outside door to get in. Last week, same thing- when I told someone she said that the maintenance worker was done for the day so I would have to take all my luggage to a different door."

"The staff is also the cleaning person it seems. Emails and signs up that they were shortening their hours that day so to call the number if you needed something. The bed was so uncomfortable. The room just did not sit well with me. The location is good, right across the street is part of the path for the Yampa river walk. I found the very sub standard for the price in particular. They’ve tried to kinda update it but it’s really just been kind of painted over with some cheap chairs put in."

"We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected."

"Check-in - rude, cranky, didn't offer Expedia amenities, overall poor attitude. I choose to believe her behavior was not related to guest heritage or a mixed marriage - A happy combination of Jamaican and Northern European descended. Surely the check-in clerk's behavior is poor for all guests and consequently deserving of summary dismissal."
