The view of the mountain was incredible! The room was in great condition and comfortable. The air conditioning worked; however, I would have preferred if it was a little colder!

The emails prior to checkin had conflicting information and I panicked as I did not receive a QR code. Checkin was slow since many travelers were checking in at the same time. But the use of washer/dryer made up for the stress.

Vacation Rental Hotel TENMONKAN
Room temperature is a bit cold and towels were not exchanged. Room condition is good and clean but communication was not easy and not able to access to hotel manager.
