"A truly amazing hotel at one of the most picturesque beaches in Japan. I seemed to be the only Westerner in the hotel and the staff very very helpful, kind and humorous. The room was massive and the view of the bay magnificent. I will return!"

"2泊3日で利用しました。チェックイン後、ユニットバスの戸の蝶番が壊れていることに気づきました。遅かったので翌朝にフロントに伝えたところ、外出中に修理するとのこと。その時点でフロントの方から電話で謝罪がありました。外出から帰るときちんと修理され、気持ち良く過ごせました。ただ、チェックアウト時は何事もなかったかのような対応。一言あれば、さらに気持ちよく帰路につけたのになーと思いました。"
