Best Ritz I have been in recently. The Ritz rooms seem a little dated but they upgraded us to Nobu side. Our room and the staff made this property amazing!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is very safe, quiet, and convenient, with great shopping and dining options nearby. The room was extremely clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options every morning.
I want to give special thanks to Serap, Berkay, and Samet — they are absolutely fantastic employees! Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. They were always ready to help with a smile, and they truly went above and beyond.
I highly recommend this place to anyone — I will definitely come back again! 🌟

it was my bithdau and also my husband birthday hotel gifted us a birthday cake also 50% discount on spa
so friendly staff compering other 5 star hotels in istabbul room was big and lots of space for our staff , we have stay 14 days and we enjoyed our stay highly recommended
