"I am honestly shocked by how disgusting this experience was. The moment I walked into the room, there was a smell and the window was open, which should have been my first clue that something was wrong. There were two queen beds, and when I walked over to the one closest to the door, something immediately felt off. I pulled back the comforter and sheets and it was obvious the bed had not been changed. There were black specks and hair in the sheets. Absolutely revolting. No guest should ever have to inspect a bed to make sure it was actually cleaned. To make matters worse, before I even discovered that, I had already asked the front desk where to get ice and was told the ice maker in my room did not work. I was instructed to bring the tray down and they would fill it for me. Not a major issue on its own, but just one more sign that the room was not properly maintained. The most unbelievable part was the manager’s reaction the next day. She acted as though this was a minor inconvenience instead of a serious sanitation failure. She simply said she would not charge me, with very little urgency, concern, or real apology. The whole response was bizarre and far too casual for something this unacceptable. Dirty, unchanged sheets are not a small mistake. They are basic housekeeping. The condition of the room was bad enough, but the indifferent response from management made it even worse. "Night one, our bed frame fell, we called the front desk and they stated “ I’m working alone and there is really nothing I can do. If you can wait until midnight I may be able to help”……the next morning we asked for fresh towels for showers, and was told they are low and don’t have any. "

"Kitchen needs china plates and bowls, silverware, and paper towels. The sink and microwave are functional and clean. The mini frig is functional and clean. Suggest upgrading frig to a regular frig, apartment size for additional freezer space. Suggest placing a bottle of dish soap under the sink in cabinet. AC/heat work and are not too noisy. All other appliances and devices work as expected. Bathroom was clean and completely functional."

"The whole place needs to be maintained. The toilet didn’t flush completely, the bathroom fan was coated in duat, the tub plug was broken, the hairdryer was missing the safety cover. The air conditioner blew air but never got cool. There was only a few working stations on the TV. There was an alarm from the WA State Patrol office off and on both nights we were there. The first night we had to park in the gravel lot and entered through a door where a guy was sitting smoking. There was dog food in piles on the third floor. I asked about thw toilet and was told to hold the handle down longer. It was not worth what we paid and we will not be staying there again."

"The guy in the front office was really friendly to us. Too bad that was the only good thing about the place. Even though the room was booked as non smoking, it smelled heavily of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the sheets from other guests. Everything in this room was dirty and we bought clorox wipes to clean off the table, counters, and even the toilet. We bought pillowcases to put on the pillows, as they didnt have any, and a sheet to lay over the bed so we didnt sleep on the burned bedding from previous guests. A dog chew toy was behind the tv stand(which the remote also had no batteries). The microwave was dirty and the fridge smelled like mold. The fridge also had what looked like boxers under it to absorb water leaking from the fridge. The shower had used soap in the corner and plastic bag wrapped around the shower head piping to try and stop a leak. The whole place was pretty dumpy compared to the photos on here. As I laid on the sheets, I asked if my wife wanted to find a different hotel and just eat the non-refundable cost of this room. She said she couldn't help but laugh or she would break down and cry. The final straw was when I found a cockroach in the corner of the room. We checked out 3 hours after checking in. Didn’t want to stay the night."
