"The staff was extremely unprofessional, smug and told me there was no one I could speak with regarding my dissatisfaction. I asked if she was the owner and she scoffed and told me that she would not contact anyone and she was the only person to discuss the issue with and she refused. If my employees ever treated my clients in this manner, they would be terminated. This 'manager' was a bully. She is ill-equipped lacking diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. They charged my credit card for services not rendered, to include extra charges without authorization or explanation and emphatically refused to explain their reasoning and told me they didn't have to... "
