"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. This place was amazing, particularly with two children under 12. The water slides were a MASSIVE hit. They had never been on a water slide before and went down them about 50 times!! The pools are fantastic, a really nice selection of different sizes, depths and activities. The breakfast each morning was phenomenal! Staff were so friendly, always helpful. Stayed in the private suites in which were located in another tower with sunset views. Felt very exclusive and everything was maintained very well. The only issue were: lack of signage for visitors who did not know that there's different check in locations, depending on your room, and that there were strict time constraints for accessing the pool. This meant that if you arrived late, and had to leave early, you will miss out on using most of the facilities. Otherwise, everything else was great!...
