Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine.
Spacious living room with sofa and chairs. Flat TV with smart TV. The living room has large sliding glass doors that lead to the terrace and an interior patio with a garden.
3 spacious bedrooms with natural light. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with a shower and a door leading out to the terrace with a pool. There are another 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. In the hallway there is another bathroom with a bathtub.
The villa has 2 spacious and private terraces. One of them with a swimming pool, a solarium with sun beds and a corner with outdoor sofa furniture.
The other terrace have a barbecue area with table and chairs for outside dining. This terrace has a fantastic view of the Ajaches mountains.
Free private parking within the urbanization outside the villa.
Free WIFI.
Cot and high chair for babies available on request at no extra charge.
