Perfectly finished with classical furnishings, Villa Janubio offers a homely base in Playa Blanca. The spacious interiors flow through to the pool terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax around the private pool. This delightful 3 bedroom villa is situated 25 minutes' walk or a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca, home to a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa janubio is located in the perfect spot to explore what this island has to offer. This semi-detached villa is situated in the Las Buganvillas residential area with just a short drive or a 25-minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, where you will find a selection of shops, bars and traditional restaurants. The smart Rubicon Marina offers cocktails, glamorous dining and boutiques, while the promenade is lined with top seafood places. The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada are also just a short drive away.

Relax

The Villa was excellently placed as it was only a 20 minute walk into the centre. It was in a quiet area and had the added bonus of an extra toilet.
