NEW: Fantastic view of the mountains and the sea

The villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms en suite offers a wonderful view over Playa Blanca and the sea. The heated pool (28 degrees) guarantees year-round a great bathing pleasure.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, etc ..

Good to know: On your arrival the house is professionally cleaned and the beds made. Cleaning / hand and bath towels / sheets / bath towels are included. For stays of 8 nights or more, you will receive a full linen change. By satellite, German television programs can be received. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The pool is cleaned 1-2 times a week. A German speaking care on site takes care of all concerns. A rental car is recommended because the house is a bit off the beaten track of Playa Blanca. A private parking space is available on the property directly in front of the entrance.

The house is exactly as described. Well equipped, clean and really nicely furnished and decorated. Outside area is perfect with three different seating options around the heated pool with great views over the town.

Winter sunshine in Playa Blanca

Our stay in Villa Achaman was the perfect way to escape the January weather of the UK. The Villa made it really easy to enjoy the sunny weather. Both inside and out the Villa is well planned and attractively furnished. It was great every morning to sit outside in the sun enjoying the amazing view across Playa Blanca to the mountains and the sea.

Super Woche

Wir verbrachten eine super tolle Woche hier. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Ausblick, die windgeschützte Terrasse, der angenehm beheizte Pool und die perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Ansonsten top sauber. Gefreut haben wir uns zu Anfang über das Wasser, Wein, Chips usw. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Zeit in toller Location

Wir waren 4 Wochen dort zu Gast und haben es uns gut gehen lassen. Fernab der Ströme an englischem und deutschen Massentourismus haben wir die Ruhe in "unseren" eigenen 4 Wänden genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen sehr zu empfehlen wenn man einkaufen oder essen gehen möchte, da man doch etwas außerhalb liegt, was aber genau das war was wir gesucht haben. Darüber hinaus ist es auch besser ein Auto zu haben um in Yaiza, El Golfo oder anderen Orten Essen zu gehen. Das ist qualitativ und preislich dem Massentourismuseinerlei an der Promenade von Playa Blanca haushoch überlegen. Playa Blanca ist ok zum schoppen und spazieren gehen, Essen sollte man da wo auch die Einheimischen essen gehen. Top Vermieter, sehr netter Kontakt - vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen!

insgesamt gut... mit Abstrichen

Der Aufenthalt war überwiegend gut. Jedoch sind einige der Außenliegen in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Drum herum wird viel gebaut. Da wir tagsüber viel unterwegs waren, war es für uns nicht so störend. Pool wurde 2x während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Die Betreuung durch Kathy vor Ort war top.

Heerlijk huis!

Met drie vriendinnen een week verbleven in dit heerlijke huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden, ruime kamers. Zonnebedden zijn door het weer flink aangetast en niet zo comfortabel meer. Verder is alles echt prima. Tip: neem wel een paar eigen extra handdoeken mee.

Très jolie maison, très bien équipée et avec vues sur la mer

La maison est idéalement placée à Playa Blanca sur le flanc de la Montana Roja et offres des vues dégagées sur la mer. De la maison, il est très facile de prendre des sentiers et de monter jusqu'au cratère du volcan d'où l'on a des vues encore plus belles sur tout le sud de Lanzarote et sur Fuerteventura et Lobos. La maison est parfaitement équipée et tout dont on peut avoir besoin est disponible. La piscine chauffée est aussi très agréable, avec le coin détente et ses transats.

The perfect retreat

This was our second visit and certainly won’t be the last. A perfect villa for a peaceful week in the sun. The home is very well equipped, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The outdoor area is even better with lots of space, lovely sun beds, a great pool and best of all, breathtaking views. Can’t wait to return.
