Casa Monterey is a beautiful duplex with terrace and outdoor jacuzzi located in Playa Blanca and only 550 meters from the beach.
The holiday accommodation of 97 m² and capacity for 4 people, is furnished with modern furniture and with great taste. At the entrance of the house, you will find a terrace with outdoor dining table and pergola , ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal, From the terrace, you access directly to the living room with sofa and leather armchair, Smart TV with panoramic screen, air conditioning and free Wifi. The American kitchen that communicates with the living room, is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster coffee maker, kettle and juicer, dishwasher, fridge and a complete kitchenware. and a table/bar with stools, ideal for breakfast. On this same floor is the room with washing machine and cleaning utensils, a bathroom with shower and an office with desk table, an elegant sofa and a large wardrobe.
Through the stairs you access the first floor, where you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom with shower, and the master bedroom with double bed, television, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. This second duplex terrace has two sun loungers and a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing during the holidays.
The holiday accommodation is only 550m from the sandy beach "Playa Dorada", The center of Playa Blanca is located just 1km where are all amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants chiringuitos, pharmacies, banks and shops.

The place is beautiful and generally clean. Having a smart TV downstairs and in the bedroom is amazing. We didn't get time to utilize the hot tub, but that was a nice bonus. They even come with a hairdryer, which wasn't listed when we booked. The staff is very helpful and responds fast. The only requirements for checkout are clearly posted on a sign in the building, which is nice. The location is not a bad walk from the beach, town, and closest convenience store. Thank you for the nice stay!
