The house consists of two floors with a total constructed area of 150 m2 and a garden of 200 m2. The lower part of the house is accessed from the garden and consists of a large living room, kitchen, pantry, small garden, bathroom with bathtub, shower and two bedrooms, all the windows overlook the garden.

Much of the garden soil is made of volcanic stone and the vegetation Cactus, palm trees etc. are planted between the stones.

The room on the lower floor that has a double bed has air conditioning.

The pool is heated with solar energy, a large built-in barbecue, Canarian style, each client will have a hammock in the pool area.

To guarantee the correct heating of the pool, it is necessary to cover it with the tarpaulin at night.

The upper part consists of a spacious room with a complete bathroom en suite and air conditioning

The room has an exclusive terrace of 40 m2. The terrace has two armchairs and a table to enjoy the sun and sunsets, it has a view of the sea and the Rubicon port.

The house has a parking lot next to the entrance. The walking distance to the nearest shopping center is about 700 meters, it is a supermarket with all kinds of products, vegetables, meats etc.

The closest beach is Las Coloradas, one kilometer from the town, the Papagayo beaches are about 800 meters from Playa de las Coloradas and can be accessed on foot (free in that case) and paid when He leaves by vehicle.

Playa Dorada is located less than 3 km away.

Once installed in the property, you can communicate with the person who will be aware of all the details so that your stay is as happy as possible.
