The villa "VillaSal" is located in Playa Blanca on Spain's island of Lanzarote and is just 250m from Las Coloradas beach. Located in the Residencial Roca Colorada, it boasts a communal swimming pool for adults and children with a sunbathing area. The 167 m² villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (the double bedroom has a ceiling fan and the bedroom with single beds has a standing fan) and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite; one is shared with shower) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. One bathroom is ensuite to the queen size bedroom with bathtub, the other bathroom with shower is shared between the other bedrooms. The villa has air conditioning and heating in two bedrooms, living room and dining room. The villa also features Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms, and a washing machine, as well as a TV in the main bedroom. A satellite TV is available in the living room and there is a SMART TV in the twin bedroom. Children are allowed and a baby bed is also available but must be requested in advance.
The villa offers a beautiful mountain and partial sea view, as well as views of the island of Lobos and beautiful views Los Ajaches (Natural Monument). Your private outdoor area includes a jacuzzi, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and a children's pool.

Lovely stay but house is tired
Pros: Walking to the marina
The hot tub
The welcome pack was very generous and welcome.
The host was very helpful when we needed a new hairdryer and recommended restaurants as no guide in the villa.
Cons: Pool unable to be used at the weekend
Coaches and cars pulling up and leaving constantly opposite the villa causing constant noise.
Electrics are dated, lots of sockets are loose and hairdryer broke twice.

Brilliant house in a quiet location
Pros: The house has everything you could possibly need, which is a credit to them as I've stayed at some houses where you have to go out a buy everything. Very nice touches by providing water and other food items to make a sandwiches on arrival. The jacuzzi is amazing. The house is very spacious. We had an issue during our stay but the host sorted everything out whilst we were out exploring, it was handled really well. The pool is nice also. Walking distance to the coastal walk to the harbour and Playa Blanca, really great.
Cons: My only negative comment would be that the light switches are in very strange and inconvenient places.

Perfect little Easter break
5 of us stayed over for a long Easter weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had two teenage girls, the hubby and his elderly dad.
Oscar (the host) and his dad were so responsive & helpful, even bringing some chocolates with the extra towels they brought round 😊. This little villa has everything you need, with a supermarket across the road and the best area on that coast being only 15 mins walk away. The immediate area is quiet, but has everything you need. My hubby and I went for a 5km walk along the coastal path (which is about 100m away from the villa) and the best busy area by far is the Rubican Marina, taking only 15/20 mins to walk to. It’s much more sophisticated than further up round the coast. With a kind of Ibiza / Miama vibe, you’ll find loads of amazing restaurants, cocktail bars, shops and a little market every few days, all on the landscaped edge of the waterways (of the marina). We loved the area, and loved the Villa and would love to come back on a regular basis for little breaks.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros: Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es ist wirklich mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Und wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber vor. Dazu noch bei der Ankunft Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und Wasser. Zu erwähnen ist noch die gute Lage: nur 5 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. Wer schnelles Internet braucht, findet inzwischen auch einen tollen Glasfaseranschluss. Für uns, die wir im Urlaub gerne die Gegend erkunden, war die Lage perfekt. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.
Cons: Fällt uns nichts ein

Lovely Unique Villa in Great Location in Playa Blanca
From the moment we booked this villa and throughout our stay of three weeks we had great communication with our host, Oscar, who responded to our every request. Upon arrival the self check-in was easy and we were delighted with the welcoming gifts of flowers, wine and basics such as milk and water that were provided. The villa is in a great location only few minutes walk to the sea front and the little rocky beach, Las Colarados. The Marina Rubicon is within easy walking distance as is Playa Blanca town centre. A car is not necessary as supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc., are close by but its good to have a car even for a short time to explore the rest of this amazing island. Recommend visiting Cesar Manrique's house and Fundacion in Haria and Tahiche and a trip to the Salinas de Janubio salt mines is a must!
We had everything we needed in the villa to happily live there for our extended stay, great facilities for cooking, lovely BBq in the gorgeous courtyard area. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave all worked perfectly. Bathrooms and bedrooms all well stocked and very clean. The outdoor area facing the sea was great for eating out or just chilling out. Very well designed to provide shelter from the wind if required. Also, there is a beautiful communal swimming pool which was very well maintained. Great, secure WiFi available. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this very uniquely designed villa with its private and quiet location and a great host. Thank you Oscar!
