The house is located in a very quiet environment, in a residential thought as if it were a small village, ideal if you are looking for tranquility without being far from everything. The community is provided with a large communal seasalted pool with spectacular views, always in a very quiet and relaxed environment.

Casa Variza is a beautiful modern style house of two floors furnished with great taste.

The ground floor consists of a bright living room with open kitchen and complete with everything you need (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker and toaster). Also on the same floor is also a bathroom with shower and laundry area.

On the top floor you find a room with two single beds, a bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed very comfortable with access to a beautiful terrace and garden area overlooking the street.

Casa Variza is located in a very quiet residential on a cul-de-sac where cars hardly pass.

Parking is on the street just 50m from the house.

The house is located in a strategic point.
Less than 2 minutes walk from an area where you will find: supermarket, taxi and bus stop, playground, outdoor court with sports area.
A 10 minutes drive from the fantastic beaches of Papagayo.
The seafront just over 5 minutes walk.
Marina Rubicón 5 minutes by car and the village center just over 5 minutes by car.

In the house it is forbidden to hold parties and events.
No smoking inside the house.
Please respect and take care of the furniture both inside and outside.
