Casa Jemma is a unique Sea Front 4 bedroom villa with 12x4 pool and games room

  • Probably the finest development of private villas in Lanzarote on the wonderful South coast in Playa Blanca.
    The villa sits within electrically gated community with unique seafront access to the promenade. Within 7 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo beach and many fine restaurants.
    The villa features one of the largest heated outdoor pools within Playa Blanca 12x4 meters and games room with pool and table tennis tables.
    There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms, 1 with bunk bed and a single bed and 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, sleeping 9 in total. Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a family bathroom.
    An extensively equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines. Utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.
