"My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Estancias del Sol! It is clean, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to many attractions including El Yunque. Not to mention Angel and Evelyn are wonderful hosts, very quick to respond and will take good care of you! I love that instead of throwing your food away when you leave they donate it locally!"

"Spacious, comfortable and beachside. Our young children enjoyed the backyard pool and it's small waterfall. The Children's Museum in Old San Juan was a hit. Best day was spent snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles on a private 4 hour boat with Carlos of Encanto Boat Tours. I do recommend booking excursions well in advance. We hesitated because of the forecasts and that was a mistake. You can book and then cancel 24 hours before if the forecast is bad."

"A group of 11 of close friends stayed here for a week. In my opinion it was the perfect location for getting around to sight see. When we booked we were looking for a location that included a pool. They are calling this a hot tub, but it's more of a conversation pool which worked perfect for our group. The temperature is adjustable and was perfect for us at 94. "Clean and functional. Not fancy by any means but served our needs perfectly. Place to shower and unwind in the evening. Cook a meal or two...mainly breakfast before a big day. Super easy drive to pretty much anywhere you plan to go. We stayed 7 day. Would do it again. We left full sized cooler, fishing poles and boogie board in garage/laundry area for future guests."

"Beautiful views. The place was clean, but dishes had food remains on them. Sleeping area is comfortable for 4 adults or 5 with kids. Provided 2 towels, basic spices, and coffee filters. Bring your own soaps, especially if you like to cook. Pros: scenic location, outdoor patio and space, hammocks. Cons: non operable washer and dryer when listing was advertised to have this. Minimal cleaning supplies (almost empty paper roll, hand soap, dishwashing liquid)."

"The bathroom tub had a low spot in the middle that was lower than the drain. The rubber mat put in the tub combined with the low spot made for an unpleasant stand on dirty mat and dirty water from other users and yourself. The instant hot water when connected created hot water too hot for the skin and using the cold water only was too cold."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again!"

"My family & friends, 10 of us stayed a week in this beautiful home perched on hill with the most incredible views of the ocean. The home comfortably afforded us plenty of space and amenities. Manuel was wonderful with great communication throughout the entire trip. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the wonderful outdoor space & pool. We never had an issue with hot water for all the showers taken, AC through the house on the hot days. Kitchen was fully stocked for everyday entertaining....
