Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel.

Very clean and well-maintained, the villa is spacious and faces east so you get a sunrise view from the living area. Make sure you reach before sundown because the road in is winding and treacherous. Best to familiarise yourself on your first drive at peast.

Clean, nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Staff can speak english n helpful. Walkable distance to Aeon n restaurant.

Perfect location if you want to avoid the noise and the crowd of the cities

The hotel is beautiful but it does not have room service. Breakfast is basic. But I can understand the occupant rate is not always at the peak. Room is roomy and huge. As the hotel doesn't provide room service and the restaurant has to make reservation a few days before (limited slot), we have to drive out to eat. There is no restaurant that is walkable at 4degree temperature at night. And also, many restaurants closed by 7pm. You need to drive out to eat. And not many restaurants are child friendly. This hotel is very near to takachiho gorge and we love it cos it's our purpose to visit. It's just 5 mins drive away. Overall, I highly recommend you to stay in Thai hotel. It's clean and service is good. Most of them speak English.
