"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"Great location, peaceful and stunning views. Close to everything you need. Staff were fantastic with country hospitality. Some spoke English and some didnt but the translator came in handy and at the end of the day you are visiting a country where English is not a first langauge. 5 stars. "

"The hotel staff excelled in customer service. Our every need was attended to professionally and with a smile. The property was clean and tidy and beautifully maintained. This is probably the nicest hotel in the entire area. Location of the hotel was very convenient. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores in the area. It is a short 500 m walk to the boat launch bay for the Tam Coc water excursion."

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same.
