We had an early flight into Haikou and my mum was tired, so the thoughtful gesture was deeply appreciated. I also want to thank the service team on duty on 12 November (between 10am–12 noon). After checking out, I accidentally left my bag at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient in locating it for me.
