"Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel."

"We stayed in the king room with pavilion view which was stunningly beautiful pavilion day and night especially, the day view with river was also absolutely beautiful!
