The location of the place is amazing, close to the markets, food establishments, spas, and the river. My family loves the spacious rooms. But what I love about this place are the staff. They have been very helpful to me since I arrived and gave me great recommendations. Whatever is lacking in the place (which I didn't notice), the very good people working there are making up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great experience with locals. It is not a 5-star hotel, but they have 10-star people working on this one.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Staff were excellent. The room I was given did not have a window or balcony so that was bad. Small room but clean and neat. Location was very good.

"スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが 壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。"
