We were a little disappointed with the hotel. We booked an executive suite but it looked quite different to the photos (not as nice). Breakfast was not great - hot food was either luke warm, or cold, and none of the coffee machines were working properly and none of the staff rectified the issue. The positive’s was that the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the location of the hotel is very good. If we return to Shanghai we wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is indeed exceptional. Highlights are the laundry room complete with detergent, buffet breakfast and the lobby bar. We were so comfortable here. We did have a hard time getting the wifi to work. Super convenient with access to metro around the corner.
