After a lot of research into the many options we decided on Sulv. So glad we made this choice! The location is great- just a stroll along the riverwalk to the Ancient City but away from the noise and crowds. Reception staff are lovely and our butler Tiantian was so helpful and kind, offering a free shuttle to and from the Ancient City any time we needed amd arranging a complimentary transfer to thw ttain station at the end of our stay. Tiantian escorted us to our rooms and also made herself...

A basic but cozy hotel, extremely close to the Zhangjiajie's train station, bus station (for getting to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park), and the cable car (for getting to Tianmen Mountain). I was extremely grateful that the hotel offered to pick me up from the airport. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the nearby tourist attractions and can help you plan your days. A bunch of eateries are also nearby for lunch and dinner, as well as a supermarket for snacks and extra water....

We’re so lucky to have stayed in this house, the hosts are so warm and welcoming, it absolutely made us feel at home, we will definitely back again if we come back to Zhang jia jie. The rooms were beautiful and the meals were delicious. Thanks again for your generosity, we very much enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

Great hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed in the family room which was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel was also a good base to visit all the main tourist attractions around Zhangjiajie. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here
