American traveler here. I stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was outstanding—very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Several of the receptionists at the front desk also spoke very good English, which made everything especially easy as an international traveler.
The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a nice toilet and an excellent shower. I was also very happy with the bed and pillows—they were comfortable and definitely met Western standards.
One of the unexpected conveniences was the free laundry. The machines were very easy to use, and the detergent and fabric softener were automatically added. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in about an hour, which was extremely convenient while traveling through China.
The location was also great. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower area, and the walk was very easy. Xi’an North Railway Station was roughly 30–40 minutes away by DiDi, and the ride was affordable.
I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food, but there are plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby. There is also a coffee shop right outside the hotel and several good breakfast options directly across the street.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable three-night stay. Excellent staff!"
