Room was clean. Proximity to the bell tower and the muslim quarter. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, willing to assist. Has free afternoon tea. Our room has a strong cigarette smell though it was a non-smoking room so staff provided air purifier which gave some relief. Room has modern fixtures.

Clean rooms, but the staff did not speak English - unusual for a 5-star international hotel. Had to use a google translator. Breakfast was so-so. Large, imposing building suitable for events, but not for family vacations.

The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
