The hotel is located in downtown Xiangyang, with the bustling commercial street right next to it. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel has a clean and hygienic environment and is well decorated. I will come back in the future.

Great central location. Very helpful staff
The hotel is very well appointed and the breakfast is delicious. I needed to use the Business Centre on one occasion but it was closed so the Concierge took it upon himself to offer his workstation for my printing needs. It was most impressive.

Western Style Hotel
I really enjoy my stays here. They provide a very diverse breakfast that gives you many food options including almost all western dishes. The rooms are nice albeit there is currently construction going on in a nearby street and the noise from the town square can be loud at times. The staff is always responsive and I appreciate all of the amenities. It's location next to the mall is also a real benefit.

The Crowne Plaza should be the first choice for anyone visiting Xiagyang
We get to Xiangfan (Now Xiangyang) on a regular basis for business and this new Crown Plaza is head and shoulders above anything else in the area. It is modern, clean and comfortable, with reasonable prices and all the features you would expect in this class of hotel. The hotel restaurants are very good and the adjoining shopping center has many more restaurants right next door. Plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is especially good. I have a Japanese colleague who is pretty particular about the quality of Japanese food he will eat and he (uncharacteristically) gave this place a thumbs up. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza as the the first choice for anyone visiting Xiagyang.

Good business hotel with great service. Has improved compared with my previous stays in this hotel. Everything available including small convenience store. Business lounges was closed during 3 days although I paid for. Shopping mall with many restaurants nearby.

場所に良いホテルです。
部屋の施設は今まで泊まったファイブスターのホテルの中に普通だと思います。 ただし、場所がとても良いです。近くにレストランの町やショッピングモール、映画館がありますので、 リラックスの良い場所です。夜遅くでも食事する場所を心配する必要がありません。

五一假期入住，12楼标准间。 不足： 1、房间不通风，盖被子热，开空调冷，挺难受；2、房间小尘埃很多，桌子上可以清晰看到一层灰。 优点： 1、早餐挺丰盛；2、停车方便；3、诸葛亮广场、万达广场就在跟前，很方便。

襄陽滞在はここ
出張でよく利用するホテルです。近くに日本料理店もあり、日本人には襄陽での定番のホテルになっています。日本料理店以外にもショッピングモールが隣接しており、ユニクロなど下着や靴下など必要になったときなどはとても便利です。その他、スタバやピザハット、味千ラーメンもあり、襄陽の繁華街的なロケーションにあり、生活には不便が少ない場所にあります。 襄陽のホテルはここが一番オススメです。

Terrible, horrible...is not enough to describe it.
They charged me again when I checked out. I realized this and the staff assured me that the charge was reversed and everything was in order, fine and the payment was not complete. Despite this, I just received the VISA receipt and finally they DID THE CHARGE. I tried to communicate with them unsucefully, the customer service is zero. I thought the service should be better, considering is a Crowne Plaza, but I was wrong...

襄陽市内のホテルとしては最高です。ショッピングモールもすぐ隣で近い。また日本料理店もホテルの近く。
ホテル眼下に『諸葛孔明』の銅像が見える部屋でしたので良かった。次回の出張もクラウンプラザホテルを選定します。

巨大ショッピングセンター・万達広場隣接。諸葛亮広場すぐ。
広々とした清潔な客室で、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。朝食では襄陽名物の麺もいただけます。駅からは少し離れますが、巨大ショッピングセンターが隣接しているので、食事や買い物に大変便利です。
