We had a lounge access room which was really good and the ladies in the lounge were extremely helpful. I would be happy to stay in the Hilton Xi’an again if I ever return to the city.

Grand Mercure Xian Renmin Square
Very helpful front desk staff and courteous lobby personnel. Large comfortable bed. The room cleaning staff also do a great job. There is complimentary access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The breakfast selection is large and of excellent quality.
