"Firstly, the room I booked online had a picture of a bath tub but when I was not given a room with one when I checked in. I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub. Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest. Service from house keeping was great. But overall the other service I felt from the staff was cold and not up to par with what branding this hotel has. "

English is no barrier as today the phone does instant translation and was used frequently in the hotel and during our 3 night stay in Xiamen. Room and bathroom was very clean and staff responded to any of our requests so positively. The free breakfast was a mix of Western and Fujian food which we enjoyed thoroughly"
