"The property and the surrounding area and grounds are really special; the accommodations, the staff and breakfast were all wonderful - exceeding our expectations! "Struttura totalmente nuova, personale gentilissimo. Nella struttura, tuttavia, mancavano completamento uno specchio grande, un tavolo, un paio di sedie, scaffali ed appendiabiti in bagno. La doccia, bellissima, mancava completamente di una mensola per appoggiare i saponi. I pavimenti troppo grezzi attaccavano tutti i peli degli strofinacci usati per pulire per terra. "We love the paradors but one of my reasons for choosing this one was that it has two EV (Tesla Destination) chargers. Neither was working, and I believe the staff knew this. before I was directed to the garage It is €14 a night to park in the garage, which is expensive for this town. The hotel is in the centre and parking in the square can be difficult. Otherwise a nice-sized room and bathroom, although noise from other rooms could be heard. "

There was not even coffee or tea available when we got there, and walking the Camino that was inconvenient and frankly appalling that you can not offer guests even basics like coffee or tea.
