Quiet, first line, renovated, 2 bedrooms, good area

Ground floor housing, with two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower tray, kitchen with American bar to the dining room with ceiling fan, and a very large terrace with paella burner, barbecue and parking at the same entrance with views to La Mota avenue. Pets are allowed, maximum weight 12 kg.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary to cook and set the table. A pressure cooker, blender, or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

YOUNG GROUP IS NOT ADMITTED (ages under thirty). PETS ADMITTED, maximum 12 kilos in weight and cost of 7€/night.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.

The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
