"Our stay was pretty great! The room was clean, although we're not sure if what looked like a couch should have had cushions. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked how they included a harder pillow and a softer pillow for us to sleep better. All the amenities were great. The wait staff during breakfast hours were top notch! She even made a little bit of extra sausage and bacon for those who couldn't arrive until the end of breakfast. Excellent service from the kitchen and custodials. We all enjoy surprises!"

"If your just staying for one night with a pet and low on money its ok spot. Room was clean but its a very old hotel and beat up. Curtains didnt work properly and buffet was very low grade. Staff was nice though. This hotel is like a low end motel not a hotel"

"The hotel is clean and is going thru renovations. They have painted the hotel inside and out with new inviting colors. Newly painted with new carpeting and curtains in the rooms as well. They have upgraded the bath toiletries that are very nice. Free breakfast offers a variety of beverages, bacon and eggs, and of course the ability to make waffles and breads to toast. There is also a variety of cereals, muffins and yogurt. Small oranges are available as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating."

"The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile! Overall a wonderful experience"

"Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"This hotel is awful, the ice machine rooms have mold on the walls and ceilings (I saw this on the 2nd and 3rd floor) as well as the wallpaper is peeling. The bathrooms in the rooms are gross, didn’t look clean, the shower curtain had holes in it, and also has mildew on the ceilings. Our first night we had to switch to a new room because of a horrible sewage smell, in our second room the TV had no sound even when the volume was turned all the way up. One staff member told us they would have maintenance fix it, then when we followed up another staff member told us they don’t have maintenance staff and “apologized” the the other staff member wasn’t knowledgeable to that fact. I filed a complaint with hotels.com who attempted to reach the hotel staff but they didn’t answer the call or call back when I asked them to and provided my claim number. The staff was very kind and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, the food was borderline inedible and the server spilled coffee all over the table and on me when she was refilling my cup and didn’t even acknowledge it. Horrible experience."
