"Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. Anybody could walk in and out and we felt very unsafe. The room was fine/ ok. Only a really thin sheet to sleep in and when you have AC on this is not enough so we were cold all night. "The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...

"Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the hotel. The apartment room we had was absolutely massive with a huge balcony connecting the dining space and bedroom area. Both rooms had smart new LG Tvs in them compatible with apps like Netflix and Disney plus and the hotel in general was very new and clean. As mentioned in the previous comments the utensils in the kitchen area were a bit sparse and could have included a few more items. The hotel is located a short walk away from the main strip into Sarande beach with lots of food and grocery shop options close by. I would like to highlight that the accommodation is at the top of a big flight of steps from the main strip and this could be tiring to walk up and down multiple times a day. Overall though I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend especially for the price. "
