Eine tolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Unsere Kinder fanden besonders das vorhandenen Spielzeug toll. Für das Wohnzimmer wäre ein Sonnenschutz für das Dachfenster wünschenswert, damit es sich nicht so schnell aufheizt an warmen Tagen.

Günstig gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sauber und komfortabel. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, von dem eine gerade, relativ breite Treppe mit 17 Stufen zur Wohnung hinaufführt. Hat man damit keine Probleme, dann ist die Wohnung Ideal gelegen zum See, zum APX und auch zur Xantener Innenstadt. Eine Anregung hätten wir noch. Bei der kleinen Treppe von der Küche zum Balkon ist links eine ziemliche Nähe zum Schiefer(?)dach, welche eine gewisse Gefahr darstellt, sich bei Unachtsamkeit zu "ratschen". Hier könnte man sich etwas überlegen, um dies auszuschließen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Xanten, und die Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt - es hatte alles, was wir für die Woche brauchten (Waschmaschine, Küche), und es gab auch genügend Platz. Die Lage in der Nähe vom See war auch sehr schön. Vielen Dank!

Kurzurlaub in Xanten

Eine toll gelegene Wohnung! Alles auch fußläufig erreichbar, sofern man dies möchte. Die Strasse war leider sehr viel befahren es kehrte erst spät abends Ruhe ein. Wen das nicht stört sollte diese Wohnung buchen!

Tolle Wohnung mit hervorragender Lage.

Wir besuchten die Wohnung „Dock 2“ mit sechs erwachsen Personen. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet (z.B. Spül- und Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver). Die Lage ist optimal. Bis zur Südsee dauert der Fußweg drei Minuten, bis um APX fünf Minuten und zur Innenstadt (Dom) ca. 15 Minuten. Freundlicher Kontakt - gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung saubere und geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann die Altstadt ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreichen. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Nur empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Mit der Eigentümerin hatte ich einen sehr netten Inline-Kontakt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung! Super Lage!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Xanten. Die Wohnung lag perfekt für uns. Nicht weit von See und Stadt entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sie hatte alles was wir brauchten. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
