"Wir bekamen sehr genaue Informationen über das Haus, das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Große, gemütliche Wohnküche. Vom Wohnzimmer hatten wir freien Blick durch die Bäume auf die Nordsee. Kurze Entfernung (5km) zur Xantener Innenstadt. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr zu empfehlen!"
