Okay stay

I was happy about the location. One block away from the Anthropological museum. Room was sufficient but outdated furniture. No air conditioning but had a floor fan.

Nice Front desk people

Front desk people were very very nice and helpful, but there were a few things that need to be taking care of for sure. Pictures will tell the story and also the bathroom do smell kind of bad. Location was perfect since I wanted to visit the Museum and there was a little street market which I did enjoyed walking through it all. It does get chilled at night so be ready for that also. Let the pictures speak for themselves

Mildew stains in several walls of the bathroom and around the faucet. One towel that must be returned to the front desk upon checking out. Only one outlet inconveniently located in the farthest corner of the room. Highly recommended food, by staff, was less than mediocre. Staff was not shown how to operate the credit card terminal. Well ... there you have it.

Habitacion limpia La persona de recepcion al momento del check-out no fue muy amable No me agradó que se tuviera que dejar un deposito para tener el control de la tv; la tv estaba en mal estado ya que se veian los focos que iluminan el panel por detras al igual de que estaba en modo demo y a cada rato salia un mensaje de las caracteristicas de la pantalla, tambien habia pocos canales en la tv Se puede ver que las habitaciones ya tienen bastantes años

Este lugar tiene cero insonorización tanto externa como interna. No solamente vas a escuchar los autos desde las seis de la mañana hasta tu habitación, sino que puede ser vergonzoso escuchar o ser escuchado realizando tus necesidades fisiológicas. De resto, la atención está perfecta y el hotel está bien cuidado.

Hotel en Xalapa cerca del MAX

El hotel cumple bastante bien en su relacion calidad-precio, sirve muy bien para estadías de 1 o 2 noches y lo que mas me gustó fue su ubicación pues tenía a la mano todo lo necesario. El personal es muy amable y en general fue una buena experiencia.

Me gustó el acceso para estacionamiento, la amplitud de la habitación, la limpieza de la habitación. No me gustó que el grifo del lavabo es muy corto y se riega agua, la falta de mosquiteros en las ventanas. Sería muy recomendable el que consideren poner frigobar en la suite.
