The overnight staff were excellent. I arrived around 0:30 and the gentleman got me checked in quite quickly. Bed was a bit spongy, but the rest of the room’s appointments were great. Comfy chairs, good In-room coffee, nice and large bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was weak though. Loads of hot water. Quiet room with no noise from others in the building and minimal sound from outside (tram). Overall, a great hotel. Just need stronger water pressure in the shower.

"Great location. We stayed over one of the hottest periods of the summer and unfortunately the AC was broken for 2 of our 3 nights). This was a big problem as the hotel is glass sided! There were no portable fans for the rooms. The staff were very good and we got moved to the cooler side of the building ..."

"I've stayed in some amazing hotels in Germany but sadly this wasn't one of them. From check in, I didn't feel welcome, and it was not clear where to park, so I was very confused. There is a key code for all doors, which is great environmentally, but annoying to have to punch it in...not a short code ..."
