"Room - deluxe king, I think it was called - is nice. Light that can be dimmed, wonderful sitting area, nice desk. Fitness center seemed small for a hotel this size, but I was the only one in it, so big enough. Felt the in room coffee service setup could have been better. Note, there is not the routine continental breakfast. Very nice place to stay. Park like grounds so very quiet. Wasn't pool season, but it looked great. 9 hole golf course. Absolutely will return. "

"I've stayed here many times before. This time it was filthy. I'm talking about hallways and stairs that haven't been vacuumed, a sticky bathroom floor, stained towels, and a sticky desk. Really gross. Plus I found the check-in person off-putting, insulting even, but I'd rather focus on how filthy the place was for this review. I've been here before, and I'll probably give them one more shot, but only one."

"Hotel Cheyenne is undergoing renovations. We stayed in newly renovated rooms which are nicely done. Lobby is next it looks like."

"They gave me a different room than I reserved (2 queens instead of king) and the tub had been painted at some point and the paint was coming off it big time. There was rust in multiple places and the bathroom window looked like it was moldy. Bed was hard. Remote only sometimes worked which was annoying, I realized as I was leaving it may have been because the receiver thing was in a wonky place and poorly angled. The best thing it had going for it was that the heater worked really well. It worked for an inexpensive emergency the roads are closed option but if you can afford something better I would recommend something else. "

"The staff were friendly but our room was not the cleanest. They are pet friendly and have designated pet areas but they were unusable due to the amount of mud and dog poop. We also had to walk by multiple bags of trash that were left out by a trash can"
