The ground floor features an open-concept layout with living, dining, and kitchen areas. Dining table with seating for up to 6. Living area with a corner sofa, armchair, LCD HD TV, and direct access to the small garden with a south-facing terrace. Here you’ll find a beach chair, a garden lounger, a table with 4 chairs, a parasol, and a grill.
Open stairwell with a built-in stair gate leading from the ground floor to the basement. The basement features the beach room, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, armchair, and a second LCD TV, as well as a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer for your use, along with an iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor is the bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a tub
(showerhead), toilet, and plenty of storage space. From the hallway, the stairs lead up to the open attic with a relaxation area for reading and unwinding. We’ve even thought of the little things (a small Blu-ray/DVD collection, a holiday library, books, board games, a Senseo coffee maker, a milk frother, a salad spinner, a blender, a hand blender, a hair dryer, a safe, and a first-aid kit).
The ground floor is tiled with light-colored tiles, while the other rooms feature designer vinyl parquet flooring; all rooms and bathrooms have windows. Additional underfloor heating in the living room and bathrooms ensures pleasant warmth.
Central location: the spa centre/promenade, wave pool, and beach are about a 15–20-minute walk away; the bakery is 5 minutes away. Great jogging routes start right from the building; an indoor tennis court and golf course are nearby.
Well-maintained complex with a children’s playground on the property. Each apartment has an assigned parking space. Bicycle racks are available at the building. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
