    BATHROOM 1 on the ground floor: shower and toilet. A loft staircase leads from the living room to the ground floor and the attic. On the ground floor is a BEDROOM: with a box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe, satellite TV, and a second BATHROOM with only a sink and toilet.
    The south-facing terrace and the house are heavily shaded by trees during the growing season.
    The house is heated by electric floor heating.
