The 60-square-meter ground-floor apartment is located at Badestraße 18a (Apartment No. 3).
It features a wonderful, large south-facing terrace with a garden area, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. A beautiful beach chair and garden furniture are provided. The living and dining area, which features terracotta tile flooring, is furnished with, among other things, a cosy leather sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a new, modern kitchenette with a microwave.
