I live in here few times already. The hotel is comfortable and surrounding is very silent. And Wuxi is very quiet as well. I like this hotel.

全体的に満足

部屋は綺麗で清潔、フロントスタッフも好感が持てた。朝食も種類豊富で満足。 一つ残念な点、部屋に置かれている家具が、安っぽく粗雑。テーブルには傷、脚は錆びがあり、荷物置き台もボロボロ、バスタブの金属の取っ手もネジが取れているのか、プラプラ。 ホテル全体は古さを感じず綺麗なだけに、細かな所の雑さが特に目立って、非常に勿体ない感じ。 ホテル内の日本食レストランは、コロナで休業していた為、中華レストランで食事。価格もリーズナブルで、どれも美味しかった。

Maybe it’s just me but there is no air conditioning in April and felt odd. Only heat or regular fan is available for temperature control.

The following descriptions are all actual encounters are not fabricated. I stayed at Pullman hotels, 9/25/2019, Wuxi, China. When I slept in the midnight, I found that I was bitten by an unknown insect. When I turned on the light, I found at least 5 bedbugs on my bed! It was too scary, even the hotel immediately changed a room to me, but I don't recommend Pullman hotels for you. All above just for your reference when you are going to booking your stay. 以下敘述皆為事實，無任何虛造，我在2019/9/25入住中國江蘇無錫鉑爾曼酒店，半夜被不知名蟲子给咬了，開燈查看才知道至少5隻的床蝨在我床上，雖然酒店立即換了房間給我，還是太駭人了，提供給你們參考，謝謝。

100% recommend for group and family-friendly

We went to Wuxi for travel on holiday and we booked 3 rooms for 9 person. Chek-in process was great and fast, that gave us a very good impression. The room was full equipped and was very capacious and brightness with a seperate tub. I think the area of the room was almost 50 square meter. Very very perfect for those families who have babies. Location was not as good as those in cities, however we were a self-driving trip so it didn't matter too much. It took only 15-min to the city.

청소상태 등 룸 컨디션이 작년 하반기 숙박시보다 훌륭해졌습니다. 로비에 편의점이 생겨 중국여행중 먹기 힘든 차가운 음료수를 먹을 수 있습니다. 4층 중식당에서의 식사도 아주 맛있었습니다. 호텔 레스토항치고는 가격도 부담스럽지 않고 좋습니다. 세탁서비스도 깔끔하고, 전반적으로 대만족입니다.

Good hotel for business trip

Hotel itself is perfect except location. It is at the side of new development zone, transportation other than taxi rest are not convenient. Room spacious, staffs are all helpful and friendly.

호텔은 매우 만족. 식사(면류는 꼭 먹어야함)는 특히 훌륭하였으며, 수영장 물이 매우 깨끗하였음. 고객응대는 매우 훌륭하였음. 서비스가 훌륭하였고 커뮤니케이션 문제도 없었음.(중국의 5성급 호텔에서도 영어가 잘 안되는 경우가 많은데, 의사소통에 전혀 불편함이 없었음.) 다만, 주변이 개발중이라서 가족 동반이라면 불편함이 조금 있을 수 있음.

Balmy in Wuxi

You cannot control the AC, so despite rigorous promises by the manager that he would fix it, the room stayed s balmy 80 degrees! It’s infuriating. A booked the Pullman because I wanted a brand I could trust. Sleepless in the Sauna. They control the temperature centrally at 79 degrees.
