I only had a day in Brussels. I was awaiting my luggage which was lost on my international flight. But I picked a location downtown so I could walk everywhere and this was perfect. They had reasonable parking as well since parking in downtown Brussels would’ve been more expensive in the car or safe. Staff was extremely helpful with me anout where to go things to do and just really nice. I love the NH hotels. And I would absolutely stay at this location again.

The room had a stale smell to it, the carpet was dirty, and overall, the room could've been cleaner and fresher in smell. It was ok for one night; however, the property amenities were clean, and so much to do at the hotel.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Very spacious room & large shower. Bed is quite soft - some people like that, my back doesn't. Shower is quite slippy (maybe provide a slip mat?). Floor under the bed was dusty.
