Fantastic vacation apartment right on the seawall

  • Enjoy your holiday in our beautifully designed holiday rental with an ocean view in the popular resort town of Cappel-Neufeld near Dorum on the North Sea.

    The holiday rental is approximately 65 m² in size, fully furnished, and fully equipped. Designed as a duplex holiday apartment, it features a living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, as well as an additional bedroom in the form of a studio room located in the attic.

    The beautiful balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the tranquility and the fresh North Sea air. Of course, the accommodation includes a parking space right next to the house.
